Creamy Lemon Poppyseed Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp poppyseeds
- 2 tbsp milk you can use a little more for a thinner dressing
- 1/2 tsp coarse salt (sea salt, kosher salt)
Instructions
- Whisk or shake: In a small bowl or glass jar, whisk or shake all dressing ingredients together. Serve over your favorite salad or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
