Recipe Ingredients: Citrus Ginger Dressing
Ingredient Notes, Substitutions & Additions
Orange Juice: Use a fresh, juicy orange vs. a carton of OJ because you’ll need the zest of the fresh orange too!
Honey: You can also substitute maple syrup.
Ginger: The fresh ginger takes this dressing from good too great so don’t skimp and try to use ginger powder! LOL! 🙂
How to Make Citrus Ginger Vinaigrette: Step by Step
Expert Tips
- Storage: This dressing will stay fresh in the fridge in an airtight jar or container for up to two weeks.
- Sweetness: Depending on how sweet your orange is, you may need to add a bit more honey. Taste, and adjust sweetness as you see fit!
- Mix It! Although this isn’t necessary, I love mixing this dressing with my mini frother! It’s so easy and whips up the dressing so well!
