Creamy Homemade Poppy Seed Dressing

Casey Rooney
This creamy homemade poppy seed dressing is so versatile and easy to make. Slightly sweet and perfectly tangy, it's my go-to dressing for coleslaw but it's also delicious on any type of salad with fruit like this strawberry salad!
