1lb.whole brussels sprouts OR 5-6 cups pre-shaved brussels sprouts
1/2cupred onion, thinly sliced

Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk all dressing ingredients until smooth.
Toss: Place the red onion in the. bowl with the brussels sprouts. Pour the dressing over the top and toss until everything is well combined. Transfer to a serving dish or plate. Top with freshly ground black pepper and more Parmesan, if you like! Serve right away.
