Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup avocado oil can substitute olive oil
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt or kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Whisk: In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients together.
  • Store or drizzle: Store in an airtight container until you are ready to use or drizzle over your salad immediately.
