Easy Fall Salad for a Crowd

Casey Rooney
If you need an easy fall salad for a crowd, look no further! This salad has the perfect mix and flavors, texture, and crunch. It's super easy to whip up in just a few minutes, using store-bought poppy seed dressing or you can take a few minutes and make your own homemade poppy seed dressing. Either way, this simple fall salad is always a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 2 5 oz. packages of mixed greens
  • 2 apples, diced I like Fuji or Granny Smith, but feel free to use whatever apples you have on hand.
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or almonds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup feta or blue cheese, crumbled
  • poppy seed dressing the Brianna's brand is my favorite

Instructions

  • Add: Add your mixed greens to a large serving platter or bowl. Spread the diced apples evenly over the greens.
  • Add toppers: Sprinkle on dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, nuts, and cheese.
  • Drizzle: When you're ready to serve, drizzle with poppy seed dressing. I like to leave the dressing drizzle on vs. tossing the salad so it stays pretty :)
